Crafted in close collaboration with the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) and its CreativeGround platform, the New Bedford Creative Directory is a free tool designed to spotlight the people, places, and organizations that make this region a cultural powerhouse and regional growth engine. From visual artists to performers, culture bearers to creative businesses – this is the place where the city’s creativity converges.

This new directory replaces a previous version and offers significantly enhanced functionality and visual appeal. It’s not just a list – it’s a living, breathing resource for building community and forging new opportunities together.

The launch is the result of a strong partnership with NEFA, whose CreativeGround platform has long championed the arts across New England. CreativeGround is a free, community-generated directory that supports artists, cultural nonprofits, and creative businesses by increasing visibility and encouraging collaboration.

Behind the scenes, the directory’s sleek functionality and seamless integration with the New Bedford Creative website is thanks to Patrick Gleavey and his team at PSG Media.
