To be considered eligible for the New England Musicians Relief Fund, you must reside or be professionally active primarily in the six contiguous New England states or in the Upper Hudson Valley of New York. At least 50% of your income must have come from employment as a performing musician and/or music teacher in the three calendar years 2017-2019. If you were enrolled in a degree program within that timeframe you do not need to demonstrate a full three years of the 50% income threshold. If you are not sure you qualify by these measures, you can apply anyway, as other factors may be considered.
